Smoked Salmon Spirals

    This makes for a perfect snack...


    8\" Flour Tortillas (preferably spinach flavored)
    1 pkg cream cheese (or goat cheese)
    1 pkg thinly sliced smoked salmon
    Chopped fresh dill
    Black pepper

    Spread tortilla with cream cheese (not too thin)
    Top with salmon (evenly spread to cover cream cheese) - leaving about 1/2\" border
    Sprinkle dill and pepper on top
    Roll up carefully. Wrap tightly in cling wrap. Refrigerate until firm, at least 30 minutes (or up to 1 day ahead).
    When ready to serve, slice into 1/2\" thick slices.
    Serve on a bed of colorful lettuce.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
