Prego Steak Roll

    Nice and easy... not to mention verry tasty :D

    500 g rump steak

    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 ml cumin
    60 ml peri-peri sauce (see recipe below)
    15 ml olive oil
    4 Portuguese rolls
    bunch of rocket
    pickled peppadews
    bowl of homemade gravy

    50 g crushed dried chillies
    6 fat cloves garlic, crushed
    40 ml lemon juice and rind
    10 ml salt
    90 ml each, olive and sunflower oil

    Steep rump, cut into 4 pieces, in marinade for a couple of hours. Grill and serve in warmed roll with rocket and peppadews, accompanied by gravy in which to dip rolls.

    Blend chillies, garlic, lemon juice and rind, slowly adding oil with machine running. Continue to blend for 10 minutes until smooth.
